Omega Pools built our dream pool and we are THRILLED with how it turned out. We have yet to host a party without at least one person asking who built our pool. From the beginning of the process we worked with Jimmy who was great! He helped us design the most amazing pool! He also took us to view other pools in person which really helped with the many choices in tile, stone, etc that were yet to come. This was truly a custom pool, he provided so many options and choices that we felt like anything was possible with the pool we wanted built. The owner, Gustavo, personally attended to the project and was there overseeing the progress and also helped us with design choices along the way and was always available to answer questions when we needed. It’s rare to work with someone so accessible and so willing to go the extra mile. He will build your pool as if it was his own!! Once construction was completed we had a beautiful pool exactly as we had envisioned it. They were there for any post-construction issues, which there really wasn’t any, it was more along the lines of us learning how to use the pool. They also offered a free “pool school”! We looked at a lot of different companies, and are so thankful we went with Omega Pools!! They are genuine and honest, which is rare. We will no doubt use them again! Thank you Omega Pools!
