We looked at a lot of pool builders before we decided to go with Omega Pools. Bobby did a great job of designing the pool we discussed. He really listened and understood what we were looking for, and was able to show us a pool that he had built with similar design elements. His design showed a completeness of vision that was missing from the other designs we considered. Once building started, Gustavo took over and owned the process. He was great to work with, and he really cared that our pool was built right, with everything the way we wanted it. The moss rock waterfall, our favorite design element, was built by a true artist. It looks fantastic! The pool has only been finished for a few weeks, so I can’t comment on service, but I am confident that Bobby and Gustavo will not let me down if service issues arise!
